NON-EXCLUSIVE LEASE AGREEMENT between you, Mo Master Productions, and the "Brian Garrett".
As used herein, the term 'StreetFlow.com', 'Web site', 'Company' refers to Mo Master Productions, the sole owner and operator of the Web site; the term 'Producer' refers to the creator of the musical composition or beat; and the term 'you, 'your, or 'Licensee refers to an individual, representing yourself or, if applicable, acting as legal representative for a group, business entity or corporation.
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on this "DATE" serves as a legally binding contract between Mo Master Productions ("Licensor") on behalf of "Brian Garrett" ("Producer") and "YOUR_NAME" ("Licensee"). This agreement grants the Licensee non-exclusive rights to the musical composition or beat.
YOU AGREE TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STREETFLOW.COM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE COMPANY WEB SITE. Use of StreetFlow.com acknowledges your agreement to the terms and conditions of use set forth below in the Agreement: All materials contained on StreetFlow.com are protected by copyright, and are owned or controlled by Mo Master Productions or the Producer credited as the creator of the Content except for works that contain sampled material. You will abide by all copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content on StreetFlow.com
The Producer or Mo Master Productions maintains 100% full copyrights and ownership of the musical composition or beat, and can continue to sell it non-exclusively and/or exclusively. The Licensee does not have the right nor authority to sell or license the rights to the musical composition or beat whether in whole or part to any other party. In the event another individual purchases exclusive rights to your musical composition or beat, you will retain your non-exclusive rights under the limitations listed in this agreement.
NON-EXCLUSIVE LEASING RIGHTS
The Licensee will receive a copy of the MP3 or WAV file without the StreetFlow.Com promotional tag. The musical composition or beat will be delivered digitally to the email address of the Licensee or through direct download. Non Exclusive Leasing Rights allow the Licensee to use the musical composition or beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. The Licensee can distribute up to 2,000 copies at their chosen price. The Licensee must acquire exclusive rights for sells that exceed 2,000 copies. Licensee may also use the musical composition or beat for promotional or demo use. Licensee has the full right to record or remix the musical composition or beat, but is restricted from reselling the musical composition.You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive leasing rights to the musical composition or beat. The Licensee agrees and fully understands that the musical composition or beat may be licensed to any number of additional Licensees.In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the musical composition or beat that you have leased, you will retain your non-exclusive rights but can no longer obtain exclusive rights.
Licensee shall give the Producer full production credit whether it be the original Producer or Mo Master Productions on all records, cassette labels, compact disc, film or commercial credits, or any other recording technology which is now known or created in the future that displays liner notes related to the creation and production of the musical composition or beat.
If the musical composition or beat contains samples of copy written works, the Licensee understands that portions of the musical composition or beat is considered original work. Samples will not be cleared by Mo Master Productions or the original Producer. The Licensee is responsible for clearing all samples used (if any) and the Producer or Mo Master Productions cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the Licensee uses in conjunction with the musical composition or beat that is being licensed in this agreement. The Producer and Mo Master Productions agrees to disclose whenever copy written sampled material has been used in a musical composition or beat prior to granting non-exclusive rights to such works.
